History
The UniversitĂ Popolare di Milano was founded in 1901 by Ettore Ferrari, an Italian sculptor, politician and professor, but above all a great protagonist of the artistic celebration of the new Italian state following the Unification that took place a few decades earlier.
It was the work of Ferrari, among others, the statue of Giordano Bruno still in Piazza Campo de 'Fiori, in Rome. Ferrari was also a professor at the Istituto Superiore di Belle Arti, a member of the Italian Parliament and Grand Master of Masonic obedience to the Grand Orient of Italy.

The Telematic University works through an online platform on which all the study contents of each course are uploaded: training pdfs, texts, teaching material and sometimes even audio and video.
This allows our students to access courses at any time and from anywhere, leaving them the opportunity to study from home or office.

The UniversitĂ Popolare di Milano, a University of international law, recognizes access to its degree and higher education courses by voluntarily and optionally following the criteria established by the Ministry and in particular by the law of 2 April 2022 number 33, despite being exempt from pursuant to Ministerial Decree MIUR 214/01 for affiliation reported in the authorization deed.
